the past is a place of learning, not a place of living.”

Strategy & Transformative Scenarios
In a world that is changing at what feels like unprecedented pace, it is tempting to stick to what makes us feel safe. Instead of dancing with uncertainty, we often long for safety and control.
However, standing still means going back. Especially at times when everything feels fragile and uncertain, we must accept that not only are we into the future, but the future is also coming to us.
I support networks and organisations in “thinking outside in” through transformative strategy and scenario processes that build strategic vision and frameworks that are bold, innovative and future-looking.
“For there is always light. If only, we are brave enough to see it. If only, we are brave enough to be it.”
Amanda Gorman
Organisational & Network Strengthening
Social impact organisations are driven by a sense of urgency and purpose in working towards concrete and tangible gains.
To deliver on their vision, mission and objectives at national level, and/ or to contribute to impact at global scale, organisations must continuously seek to strengthen their internal and external capacities. This is often a long-term, dynamic and complex process that requires courage and self-reflection.
I facilitate, coordinate and offer expertise to capacity strengthening processes to help teams, networks and organisations be relevant, resilient and impactful into the future – individually and collectively.
“If you are walking down the right path and you’re willing to keep walking, eventually, you’ll make progress.”
Barack Obama
Governance & Board Engagement
Effective governance helps networks and organisations to stay true to their mission, responsible with their resources, and answerable to the communities and stakeholders they exist to serve.
Governing bodies ensure compliance, offer strategic insights and provide credibility and legitimacy. But often, the lines between oversight and management are blurred, leading to inefficiencies, lack of clarity or even conflict.
I accompany boards and leadership teams in developing structures, frameworks and practices that enable effective governance and constructive relationships across organisational ecosystems.
“Governance is not about running the organization; it is about ensuring it is run well and in service of its mission.”
