Effektive Vorstandsarbeit hilft Netzwerken und Organisationen dabei, ihrer Mission treu zu bleiben, verantwortungsvoll mit ihren Ressourcen umzugehen und gegen\u00fcber den Gemeinschaften und Interessengruppen, denen sie dienen, Rechenschaft abzulegen.<\/p>\n

Vorstandsorgane sorgen f\u00fcr die Einhaltung von Vorschriften, bieten strategische Einblicke und sorgen f\u00fcr Glaubw\u00fcrdigkeit und Legitimit\u00e4t.
